GreenTech Engineering has developed a biogas upgrading plant specially designed for farm-scaled biogas plants.
The plant has been developed to make the transition from CHP to biogas upgrading as simple as possible and is therefore delivered as two 20-foot containers with only six connection points during installation.
The plant is available either as a turnkey solution or as a service-based model, where we handle both procurement and operation of the upgrading system
We offer turnkey biogas upgrading systems that efficiently upgrade raw biogas to natural gas quality, with capacities starting from 100 m³/h.
Our systems are based on amine scrubbing, which enables high methane purity (>99%) and effective CO₂ separation, even at low flow rates.
The biogas upgrading plants are well-suited for farm-scale biogas facilities and can handle varying gas qualities with low energy consumption and minimal methane loss.
With biogas upgrading as a service (UaaS), each farm can focus on their core business, while GreenTech Engineering is responsible for investment, development, operation and maintenance of the upgrading plant.
In this way, there will be higher income and less work than with a CHP and any without investment.
